Microban® integrated hygiene protection
Westcott and Clauss own the exclusive license to use the effective Microban®- Technology in their products. In order to provide a permanent protection against bacteria and fungal attack, Microban®- Technology is integrated into the products during the manufacturing process. The antibacterial protection lasts for the entire life of the product and can neither be rubbed off or washed out.

TITANIUM coated blades
In 2003, as pioneer manufacturer worldwide, Acme presented patent-protected scissors with blades specially strengthened with Titanium. The blades are unique in their extreme sharpness and toughness and their Titanium coating makes them much more durable than normal stainless steel blades.

New Non-Stick
With the new Non-Stick Technology, Acme introduces an innovative addition to the Titanium assortment. Alongside the Titanium- finish, a special Non-Stick coating ensures absolute adhesive-resistant blades. Due to their unique product features, nonstick coated blades are able to cut a much wider range of materials.

The plastic PET which is 100 % recyclable and environmentally friendly is increasingly being used for the blister cap production.
